30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at SupportKineticSource@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Eligible Items
Most items are eligible for return. The following are non-returnable: items marked as final sale, opened personal care products, and items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damage, or defect). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at SupportKineticSource@gmail.com. After 24 hours, the order may have already been dispatched and will need to go through the standard return process.
