Kinetic Source is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon carrier pickup.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
